Dear All Customers,
Once again the USPS has decided that I have printed too much postage online and has once again "suspended" my account until the end of the month. Myself and the USPS have not yet come to terms on an agreement for printing postage online. The USPS wants me to pay on a cash basis, however they are unwilling to offer me discounts for paying on a cash basis or to offer me terms such as 10 net 30. They have pretty much stood ground and said either pay cash or your account will be suspended until the end of the month because they are unwilling to pay the credit card fees since they don't want to offer any discounts for paying on a cash basis. This happened once at the end of last year but occured with only two days in the month and did not have a significant impact in shipping. So with that said there will be some slight delays through the end of the month for all USPS shipments. Orders will ship on the following days as I will have to drag out all the parcels to the post office and ship them there:
Normal shipping will return on March 1. FedEx parcels are uneffected by this delay and will continue to ship out normally. I am sorry for any delays and trouble this may cause however, the USPS have taken a hard line and are unwilling to compromise with the amount of volume I have given them. Thank you for your patience and consideration. www.airparadigm.com
