USPS First Class International Shipment Issues

There appears to be an issue in the shopping cart with any parcels under 4lbs and USPS API. This is due to the fact that they upgraded their system over the weekend with the new shipping rates effective Jan 4 and botched up the system. My IT people are currently working on the matter and I hope to have it resolved by the end of the day. I will post an update when it has been resolved.
