FYI, I was notified today by the US distributor that the Phoenix Singapore 777-300ER is cancelled by the manufacturer and will NOT be released.

For all airParadigm.com customers:

If you have paid via credit card and did not have any "in-stock" items your refund for the model has already been processed and will appear back on your credit/debit card within 5-7 business days.

If you have paid via Paypal and did not have any "in-stock" items the majority have been refunded, the remaining 5 orders will be refunded within the next 3-5 business days or as soon as available funds in the Paypal account permit to avoid having to wait for an "e-check" and take additional time.

If you have paid either via credit card or Paypal and you do have "in-stock" items with your order you will be refunded at the time the order is shipped.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused as this is out of our hands and is one of the downsides when manufacturers announce models before they are actually produced.
